The Trend Rota-Tip Single Flute Template Profiler Router Cutter (Ref. RT/70) is a bearing-guided router cutter designed for precise template routing work, fitted with a 1/2" shank for secure tool holding. What sets this cutter apart from conventional router bits is its rotatable blade design. The blade can be rotated 180° to present a fresh cutting edge, effectively doubling the working life of the tool without the need to replace the entire cutter. The cutter features a 19.1mm cutting diameter closely matched to a 19.05mm bearing diameter, making it well suited to flush template profiling where accuracy and consistent results are essential. The 49.5mm cut length provides good depth capacity for a range of workpiece thicknesses. This is a single-flute model (RT/70). A two-flute version is available as Ref. RT/72 for reference when selecting the right tool for your application. Spare replacement blades for RT/70 cutters manufactured from January 2013 onwards use Ref. RB/T (three-hole pattern).
