Sobre o produto
The Trend CR/KFP/3 Kitchen Fitters Router Cutter Pack is a specialist three-piece cutter set designed to give kitchen fitters everything needed for accurate worktop joining and fitting in a single, practical bundle. The pack combines a 1/2 inch diameter worktop cutter with a 50mm cut length, a biscuit jointer cutter, three metal connecting bolts, and ten No.20 biscuits. This makes it a self-contained solution for creating clean, flush worktop joints — particularly useful on site where efficiency matters. Both cutters feature 2mm micrograin Tungsten Carbide tips, making them well-suited to abrasive sheet materials including chipboard, MDF, and plywood, as well as certain hardwoods. The non-stick PTFE coating helps reduce friction and resin build-up during cutting. The worktop cutter is suitable for housing, grooving, and mortising operations, giving kitchen fitters the versatility to handle multiple stages of a worktop installation with a consistent, professional finish. Features and Benefits: • 2mm micrograin Tungsten Carbide tips for extended cutter life in abrasive materials • Non-stick PTFE coating reduces friction and resin build-up • Centre tip design for accurate, controlled cutting • Includes connecting bolts and No.20 biscuits — ready to use straight from the pack • 1/2 inch shank for secure, stable routing performance Specifications: Shank Diameter: 1/2 inch Diameter (Metric): 12.7mm Diameter (Imperial): 1/2 inch Cut Length: 50mm Overall Length: 93.5mm Type/Grade: Centre tip Pack Quantity: 15 items Contents: 1 x Worktop cutter (C153DX1/2TC) 1 x Biscuit jointer (C152X1/2TC) 3 x Metal connecting bolt 10 x No.20 Biscuit
