Sobre o produto
The Record Hinged Pipe Vice is a professional-grade pipe holding tool designed for securely gripping pipes during cutting, threading and assembly operations. Built by IRWIN Record with a guarantee against breakage, this hinged vice features exceptional strength in critical load-bearing areas, making it suitable for demanding plumbing and pipefitting applications. The innovative three-jaw design incorporates a single V-jaw in the hinged frame that moves between two V-jaws in the base, providing secure holding capability for pipe sizes from 3mm (1/8") up to 50mm (2") diameter. This configuration ensures even the smallest pipes are held firmly without slippage during work. The self-locking frame is reversible for both right-hand and left-hand operation, offering flexibility for different workshop layouts and user preferences. Ideal for professional plumbers, pipefitters and maintenance engineers working with steel, copper or plastic pipes, this vice can be mounted to either a workbench or stand for versatile positioning. The replaceable steel jaws provide long-term economy, allowing worn jaws to be renewed rather than replacing the entire vice unit.
