Sobre o produto
The Lessmann Steel Wire Rivet Brush is a specialist hand wire brush designed for removing slag and scale from hard-to-reach welded joints. Manufactured by Lessmann, a respected name in industrial brushes, this rivet brush features a distinctive V-shaped wire configuration that enables effective cleaning of fillet welds and other awkward weld profiles where standard brushes cannot reach. The brush is constructed with a 290 x 35mm wooden handle that provides comfortable grip and control during use. The filament section comprises 3 rows of 15 steel wire bristles arranged in the characteristic V-formation, ideal for getting into tight angles and recessed weld areas. This 0.35mm steel wire construction offers the durability and stiffness needed for effective removal of welding residue without damaging the base material. Suitable for welders, fabricators and metalworkers who need to prepare welded surfaces for inspection, painting or further processing, this rivet brush is particularly effective on normally inaccessible weld seams. The steel wire filament makes it ideal for use on ferrous metals where rust and scale removal is required alongside weld cleaning. Features and Benefits: • V-shaped wire configuration reaches into fillet welds and tight angles • Wooden handle provides secure grip and control during cleaning operations • Steel wire construction delivers effective slag and scale removal Specifications: Type: Rivet Brush Wire: Steel
