Sobre o produto
The Faithfull Rectangular Cabinet Scraper is a precision woodworking tool designed to produce a fine finish on solid wood and veneers. Constructed from durable C60 spring steel, this cabinet scraper excels at smoothing difficult areas including knots, burrs and crossed grain, whilst also being highly effective for removing old surface finishes. Unlike abrasive sanders, this scraper removes fine shavings from wood rather than producing dust that can clog the grain, delivering a superior smooth finish. The cutting action is controlled by applying finger pressure to bow out the blade, allowing you to vary the curve and localise the cut precisely where needed. This level of control makes it ideal for delicate work on veneered surfaces and areas where sanding could cause damage. The scraper can be easily resharpened using a standard file, with a burr turned using a burnishing tool, ensuring long-term cost-effectiveness and consistent performance throughout its working life. Features and Benefits: • C60 spring steel construction for durability and edge retention • Produces fine shavings rather than dust, preventing grain clogging • Finger-pressure control allows precise, localised cutting • Easily resharpened with standard files and burnishing tools • Suitable for solid wood, veneers and removing old finishes Specifications: Scraper Type: Cabinet Scraper Scraper Width (mm): 150 Size: 150mm x 60mm
