Sobre o produto
The Everbuild Fire Mate Intumescent Sealant in White provides a five-hour rated fire protection solution with a clean, neutral finish that blends seamlessly into light-coloured construction environments. This one-part, emulsion acrylic based intumescent acoustic sealant is ideal for projects where a discreet appearance is required or where overpanting in lighter colours is planned. Tested to BS 476 part 20 (1987) standards, this white variant delivers exceptional fire resistance by swelling greater than 3 times its original size when exposed to heat, creating a protective char barrier. The formulation provides excellent acoustic properties for sound deadening whilst offering a firm yet flexible seal in joints up to 50mm wide. Perfect for sealing joints, voids and irregular holes in fire walls and partitions, as well as maintaining fire integrity around penetrating pipes and cables. Also ideal for internal perimeter pointing of fire rated door and window frames. Fast curing with tack-free time of just 15 minutes, this sealant requires no priming on most construction substrates and is fully overpaintable. Features and Benefits: • White finish ideal for light-coloured applications • Five-hour fire rating in suitably designed joints • Fast 15-minute tack-free cure time • Excellent acoustic sound deadening properties • Easy to apply and tool off • No priming required on most substrates Specifications: Application: Heat/Fire Colour: White Size (ml): 310
