Draper Twisted Knot Wire Wheel

The Draper Twisted Knot Wire Wheel is a heavy-duty wire brush designed for aggressive stock removal and surface preparation on ferrous metals. Built with hardened steel wire bristles arranged in a tight twist-knot configuration, this 75mm wheel brush delivers durability and high performance for demanding metalworking tasks. The twisted construction of the wire bristles provides faster material removal compared to standard wire brushes, making it highly effective for deburring, cleaning rust and corrosion, and preparing metal surfaces. The wheel shape is designed to work perpendicular to the surface, allowing access to smaller and tighter areas that larger brush formats cannot reach. The tight twist-knots enhance both longevity and cutting action, ensuring consistent performance throughout the tool's working life. Fitted with a 6.35mm hex shank featuring a non-slip design, this wire wheel provides secure attachment and is compatible with most drill drivers and drills equipped with a 13mm chuck. This versatility makes it suitable for use across a range of power tools commonly found in fabrication shops, engineering workshops, and maintenance environments where ferrous metal preparation is required.
