The Bosch EXPERT Fibre Sanding Disc for Metal (R444) is a 115 mm fibre sanding disc designed for deburring, welding preparation and blending on metal surfaces with an angle grinder. It features a stable vulcanised fibre backing that supports a steady, constant grinding process. The semi-friable aluminium oxide abrasive grit is particularly suited to metalwork, and is bonded with fully synthetic resin for high work stability and optimal sanding results. This 36 grit disc is intended for use on carbon steel, mild steel, aluminium, non-ferrous metals and cast iron. It is also ideal for removing discolouration, stock and surface imperfections. The 22.23 mm bore suits standard locking nut angle grinders, and the disc should be used with a suitable backing pad.
