Abus 70 Series Expedition Aquasafe Padlock

The ABUS 70IB Series Expedition Aquasafe Padlock is a marine-grade padlock designed for securing vehicles, boats and equipment in severe weather conditions. Built with a solid brass body sealed in a protective vinyl cover, this padlock features drainage channels that protect the cylinder against water and dirt intrusion, making it ideal for outdoor and marine applications where moisture resistance is essential. The shock-absorbing vinyl casing not only provides weather protection but also prevents damage to polished surfaces during use. Internal components are manufactured from 100% rust-proof materials and incorporate drainage grooves to carry off any penetrating water. The precision pin tumbler cylinder delivers reliable security whilst the stainless steel shackle and double bolted design provide medium security requirements suitable for harsh environmental conditions. The self-locking cylinder mechanism ensures convenient operation without compromising security. This ABUS 70IB/45 model is supplied carded and is also available with keyed-alike options for managing multiple locks with a single key. Codes ending LSC indicate long shackle variants for applications requiring additional reach.
