The Trend Varijig Self Clamping Guide Back to Back Clips are a specialist woodworking accessory designed to join two Varijig Clamp Guides together in a back-to-back configuration, expanding the versatility of the Varijig clamping system for larger or more demanding workpieces. The clips consist of alloy brackets and knobs, and work by allowing one clamp guide to be fixed to the bench while a second is attached upside down using the clips. This back-to-back setup raises the component by 32mm, providing the clearance needed for unobtrusive clamping and enabling full edge moulding operations without interference. This configuration is particularly well suited to clamping large panels and wide workpieces that would exceed the capacity of a single clamp guide. Depending on the length of guide in use, either four or six clips will be required. For wide components, additional support or a second pair of clamp guides and clips is recommended to prevent tilt. Please note: Varijig Clamp Guides are not included.
