Manufactured from extruded aluminium, the rail is robust yet lightweight, and the anti-slip strips on the underside hold it securely in place without the need for clamping on most surfaces. Two rails can also be connected together using a compatible Makita connector (sold separately), extending your cutting range even further when needed.
