Trend Diamond Fine Needle Files

The Trend Diamond Fine Needle Files are a set of four precision-quality diamond files designed for detailed filing, shaping, and finishing work across a wide range of materials and applications. Made to the same standard as needle files supplied to the British aerospace industry — including manufacturers such as Rolls Royce — these files bring professional-grade precision to workshops, studios, and benches. The 600 grit (25 micron) diamond abrasive delivers a fine, controlled cut ideal for intricate work where accuracy matters. The pack includes four profiles to cover a variety of filing tasks: tapered, tapered half flat/round, flat, and triangular tapered. This versatility makes the set well-suited to carving tools, model engineering, small tool maintenance, jewellery making, and removing welds from metal components. The files are also suitable for use on plastics. Each file is backed by a five-year guarantee when used with Trend Lapping Fluid, reflecting the quality of construction and long-term durability expected from a professional diamond file set. Files are supplied together in a convenient wallet for safe storage and portability.
