The Trend CRAFTPRO Bearing Guided Easyset Bevel Router Cutter is a precision profile and scriber set designed for producing cabinet panelled doors and drawer fronts on a router table. This two-piece set uses the classic combination approach, where components are re-arranged on the arbor to switch between cutting the profile and the scribe. The bearing-guided design ensures accurate, consistent results with every pass. A key advantage of the Easyset system is that both parts of the joint can be cut simply by adjusting the cutter height — no reassembly of the tool is required between cuts. This saves considerable time on production runs and repeat joinery work. Suitable for cabinet making and fitted furniture applications, this cutter is router table use only and should be used with a workholding device when cutting the scribe on rail ends. Take several passes when using Easyset cutters to achieve a clean finish. The cutting edges should be staggered relative to each other for optimum results.
