Sobre o produto
The Monument 300M is a semi-automatic pipe cutter designed for copper and thicker walled plastic pipes from 8mm to 22mm diameter. This professional pipe cutter automatically completes the cut once sized and tightened, eliminating the need for continuous wheel adjustment during the cutting process. Ideal for plumbers working with central heating pipework, this tool handles both copper and plastic pipes with precision. The semi-automatic operation significantly speeds up cutting tasks, particularly useful when working in confined spaces where manual feeding of traditional cutters becomes awkward. For soft copper applications, the Monument 300M can also be operated as a conventional cutter by manually feeding the wheel into the tube, preventing crushing and ensuring clean cuts. When cutting thin-walled plastic pipes, internal support should be provided to prevent collapse during the cutting process. The tool's 8-22mm capacity covers the most common pipe sizes encountered in domestic plumbing and heating installations. Replacement cutting wheels are available separately as Monument part number MON301, ensuring the tool maintains optimal cutting performance throughout its working life. Features and Benefits: • Semi-automatic operation eliminates manual wheel adjustment once tightened • Suitable for copper and thicker walled plastic pipes in central heating systems • Compact design ideal for working in confined spaces • Dual operation mode allows conventional cutting for soft copper • 8-22mm capacity covers standard domestic pipework sizes Specifications: Cutter Type: Copper/Plastic Min.
