The Makita B-19 is a down-cutting jigsaw blade designed for clean, chip-free cuts in wood, plastics, and wood-based materials. With a universal shank fitting, these blades are compatible with the majority of jigsaws on the market. The down-cutting tooth action is the defining feature of this blade — it directs cutting force downward to minimise chipping and splintering on the upper surface of the workpiece.
