Sobre o produto
This Makita A36N Aluminium Grinding Disc in 230mm diameter is the largest option in the range, making it ideal for high-volume aluminium grinding tasks where maximum coverage and efficiency are essential. Suited to 230mm angle grinders, it delivers rapid material removal across wider work surfaces. The disc's unique bond structure combines grit impregnated with stearic acid, which acts as a lubricant between the grit and workpiece at elevated temperatures. This is particularly important when working with aluminium, which has a low melting point — the reduced friction means less heat build-up and far less risk of material clogging the disc surface. Features and Benefits: • Unique bond structure with stearic acid ensures effective lubrication at raised temperatures • Reduced friction between grit and workpiece minimises heat build-up • Maintains high grinding speed throughout the disc's working life • Four times the grinding efficiency compared to a standard grinding disc • Unmatched performance when grinding aluminium for extended periods Specifications: Diameter: 230mm Bore: 22mm Thickness: 6mm
