Sobre o produto
The Draper Expert Motorcycle Chain Splitter and Riveter Kit is a comprehensive tool set designed for splitting and riveting motorcycle chains from No.25 cam chains through to No.520 final drive chains. This versatile kit provides professional mechanics and motorcycle enthusiasts with everything needed for chain maintenance and replacement work, supplied in a protective blow mould storage case for organised workshop storage. The kit includes multiple press pins (2.2mm, 2.9mm, and 3.8mm) to accommodate different chain sizes, along with press plates, anvils, and a rivet tip spreader for complete chain servicing capability. The main press body works with a clamp and pressure screw handle system, whilst the sliding 'T' bar provides leverage for applying consistent pressure during chain splitting and riveting operations. For heavy duty 520 drive chains, it's important to note that the rivet head must be ground off first to successfully press the rivet. The inclusion of upper and lower guides for the 2.2mm press pin ensures precise alignment during delicate work on smaller cam chains.
