The Bosch EXPERT 7 Piece 7X SDS Plus Masonry Drill Bit Set is a set of SDS plus concrete drill bits designed for drilling concrete and reinforced concrete with rotary hammer drills. The EXPERT SDS plus-7X is made to last up to 3x longer than the Bosch SDS plus-3 drill bit. Drilling reinforced concrete has traditionally taken its toll on drill bits, and regular two-cutter bits can get stuck in rebar and eventually break. The Full Carbide Head on the SDS plus-7X is a 4-cutter design made from a single piece of carbide. It is designed not to jam and presents no weakness on impact. Bosch Carbide Technology allows the bit to punch through rebar, so there is no need to stop, re-target or change bits when you strike steel. This makes the set well suited to construction professionals who regularly drill concrete for fixings and installations. The seven bits range from 5 mm to 12 mm in diameter, with 50 mm and 100 mm working lengths, and all fit SDS plus rotary hammers.
